Please read the following before registering and retain one copy for your records. Your signature on the registration form means that you have read, understood and agreed to abide by the registration policies of MagicBean Academy.
A registration form and full payment must be received to ensure space in the class. Please provide a valid and active email address when you register as we sent out registration confirmation via email. If you have not received confirmation prior to the first class, please email us at
All classes are subject to sufficient enrolment. If a class is cancelled by the academy due to insufficient enrolment, alternate day and times will be offered, or 100% refund will be issued.
We accept payment by cash or cheque. There is a $25 fee for NSF cheques.
Village and Our Time classes are unable to accommodate non-enrolled siblings due to limited class size. For Imagine That classes: siblings are welcome to participate in the last fifteen(15) minutes of "sharing time".
If the program of your choice is full, we will add your name to the waiting list. You will be contacted if space becomes available in the program.
Classes will be made up in the event of instructor illness, severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Students will be notified of the cancellation and the scheduled make-up day.
Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes.
No refund or credit will be given for student-initiated missed classes.
All requests for refunds must be made in writing.
The cost of the complimentary promotional gift will be incorporated in the refund if you withdraw from the program.
Occasionally MagicBean Academy takes photos of students within classes to use in education or promotion of the school. Permission is also hereby granted for the academy to copyright such photographs in its name.
